Who We Are
Located in Yellow Springs, Ohio, Friends Care Community is on the corner of Herman Street and State Route 68. In addition to our continuing care retirement community that is situated on 23 beautiful acres, we have included a preschool program for multigenerational interaction, a greenhouse, community garden and a paved walking path through scenic woods. Friends Care Community endeavors to do right by every resident and is guided by the Quaker values of simplicity, peace, integrity, community, equality and stewardship.
By combining our individual skills, empathy and caring, Friends is able to provide excellent clinical care, enrichment, support and a respectful and dignified home to all who choose to reside here.
Our Mission:
Friends Care Community meets the residential living needs of seniors and others by providing independent living, assisted living, short term rehab and long term nursing care. All levels of care are provided in a vibrant homelike environment. Our goals are the happiness and fulfillment of all residents and staff, by respecting the dignity and unique needs of each individual.
