Our skilled nursing center at Friends Care Community offers a place for short term rehabilitation after a hospital stay or long term care when needed. Staffed by friendly, caring people our 66-bed extended care unit with 42 private rooms is certified by Medicare and Medicaid.  Rehabilitative care is provided by licensed physical, occupational and speech therapists for residents recovering from major surgery, stroke, heart attack, orthopedic and other medical conditions and illnesses.  Residents enjoy private and semi-private rooms during their stay. Returning you to your home after staying with us is the goal at Friends Care Community.
