Yellow Springs Home Assistance Program

The Home Assistance program provides information and support to residents of Yellow Springs and Miami Township.   Home visits and consultations at our office within the Yellow Springs Senior Center are available by appointment.

The program links individuals with services such as help with household tasks, home health care, financial assistance, and other needs.  We help review options involving Medicare, Medicaid, health insurance, housing and short-term or long-term care needs.  Assistance in planning for nursing home admissions, hospital or nursing home discharges and related topics is available.

All services are provided free of cost.  Donations to support the program may be directed to Friends Care Center and designated for the Home Assistance Program.
